Return Policy
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience at Pg. 2 Boutique. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, reach out to us at pg2boutique@gmail.com to try to make it right.
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands, and let us know if you received a defective item or incorrect items.
Returns will be accepted for a full refund within 15 days of receipt as long as the items are un-worn, un-washed, and with the original tag attached. Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Anything purchased using the "Afterpay" service cannot be returned, but exchanges will be allowed for store credit as long as all other criteria are met.
Please email us if you'd like to return an item so we can send you the appropriate mailing address.
All Clearance, Final Sale, and holiday items cannot be returned.
